Privacy Policy

Who we are

StoreFrame ("we", "us") provides App Store and Google Play screenshot tooling at aistoreframe.shop. Contact us through the in-product Feedback form.

Information we collect

  • Account data — Google sign-in profile basics (name, email, avatar) used to create and secure your session.
  • Product data — projects, uploads, template choices, export history, and optional feedback you submit.
  • Billing data — plan entitlements and PayPal transaction references. We do not store full payment card numbers on StoreFrame servers; checkout is handled by PayPal.
  • API keys — hashed Agent API keys for Pro/Max AI Connect. Plaintext keys are shown once at creation.
  • Usage analytics — product events and Google Analytics (when available) to understand feature usage and reliability. Analytics may include approximate device and locale signals.

How we use information

  • Provide the editor, cloud projects, exports, and membership entitlements.
  • Process payments and prevent abuse or quota fraud.
  • Improve templates, AI features, and site reliability.
  • Respond to feedback and support requests.

Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the product, for example:

  • Google (identity / sign-in)
  • PayPal (checkout)
  • Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, Worker API)
  • OpenRouter (optional AI copy / search features when you use them)
  • Google Analytics (site analytics)

We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Account and project data remain while your account is active. You may request deletion of account data through Feedback. Aggregated analytics may persist without identifying you.

Security

We use HTTPS, signed sessions, encrypted configuration secrets where applicable, and access controls on admin systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

International users

StoreFrame is offered globally. Data may be processed in regions where our providers operate. By using the service you understand this transfer.

Children

StoreFrame is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
