Terms of Service

The service
StoreFrame provides web tools to design and export App Store / Google Play style screenshot sets, including templates, Custom Studio, cloud projects, and optional AI-assisted features. The product URL is https://aistoreframe.shop.
Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google account and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including Agent API keys you create.
Plans, payments, and refunds
- Free and paid plan limits (exports, projects, templates, AI features) are described on Pricing and may change.
- Paid plans are billed through PayPal for the stated period (typically monthly).
- Renewals extend remaining membership time; downgrades apply after the higher plan expires.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once entitlement is granted. Contact us via Feedback for billing disputes.
Your content
You retain rights to screenshots, copy, and assets you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service (editing, preview, export, optional AI features you invoke). Do not upload content you lack rights to use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse quotas, reverse engineer protections, or share API keys publicly.
- Use the service for illegal, deceptive, or infringing store listings.
- Attempt to disrupt infrastructure or scrape in a way that harms other users.
AI Connect and third-party models
AI Connect and AI copy/search features may send prompts or related metadata to third-party model providers (for example OpenRouter). Outputs can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing all store listing copy and creatives before publishing.
Intellectual property
StoreFrame branding, UI, template systems, and software are ours or our licensors'. Catalog templates are licensed for creating your own store screenshots; they are not a transfer of ownership of the underlying design system for resale as a competing template library.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or abuse. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should survive (IP, liability, payment obligations) will survive.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
